SAMOSAFER builds on the results of the SAMOFAR project
Bringing nuclear safety to the next level
The SAMOSAFER project is organising an ONLINE School on Molten Salt Reactor during the fall of 2021, teaching you all about the main areas of active research in MSR technology, coherently with the scope of the SAMOSAFER project.
The school is offered to Master and PhD students, as well as young professionals in the field of nuclear engineering and technology.
The school consists of 7 modules of 3h each, which will be given in a distributed mode between September and December 2021. Each module is composed by:
*Some of the interactive sessions, due to the organization of hands-on exercise, might be limited in the number of students admitted.

Capstone projects
Students enrolled in the school will be provided by the end of the school with a capstone project, connected to the contents of the school, to be independently developed and presented at the Young MSR Conference foreseen in 2022 (hopefully in presence).
Certificate of attendance
Students who follow at least 5 modules of the school will receive a certificate of attendance (approx. 3 ECTS). Students who successfully participate in the capstone project will receive an additional 2 ECTS.
Registration
Registration is closed.
